Winter means shorter days so if we want to do a bike ride with Carl after he gets home, it's dark. Here's a look at New Farm at night along the the riverwalk. You can see the lights along the river mostly of people's homes. If you kept going you'd end up in the CBD of Brisbane which, to me, looks larger than Houston. It's hard to say because right now everything feels big and complicated. I'm in Dr. Suess land. Nothing is "normal." I can totally understand why Carole didn't drive in Houston for two years. I think I might follow suit here in Brisbane. Buses, ferries and feet are just fine.
